I thought I’d start by highlighting what’s included with this product. To start off with you receive a 183 page ebook that covers a whole range of topics with a wealth of information in there. Author Kim Roach probably could have gotten away with selling this alone for $97 and leaving at that. It covers 16 chapters and even includes the exact text you can use for your own email marketing campaign. A total 12 pre-written emails for you to use as your own.
Separate from the ebook, you’ll receive access to over 20 videos that provide more information than most $497 products would. They focus on a particular system or process that Kim herself uses to make money online. Hence the name of the product, “Instant PayDay Formula“.
The eBook contains much more information than your typical ebook and tends to cover some areas where the videos leave you wanting more. Overall the ebook completements the video’s nicely. The highlights for me were Advanced Article Marketing, Video Marketing, Twitter and Email Marketing.
If I had one gripe with the product, it regards a software submission video that was promised but not included with the original product. Kim speaks about this software submission video in one of her other videos, but the previously didn’t exist on main videos page. I see this has since been rectified as after just checking recently I noticed an additional video was added titled “Software Submission.”
Kim goes in depth to finding a hot product with low competition and the process behind making money from it. One other thing I will say that I didn’t feel like the video’s answered very well, was what type of website you should use. Whether you should use a blog or normal website to get the maximum benefit from SEO? I actually emailed Kim about this personally. I was shocked when she replied to my email within about 5 or 10 minutes time and provided another invaluable resource to point me in the right direction.

Big Picture ( 8 minute video)
Basically an introduction of what’s in store throughout the videos.
Takes you step by step through the process of creating instant paydays.

2. Squeeze page - the most powerful tool for building a large list of subscribers.
3. Traffic - Where to find highly targeted traffic.
4. Build a relationship with your subscribers
The key to this entire business model is that your building a list. It doesn’t matter if your selling your own product or if your selling someone else’s. Once you learn the skill of list building, you will always have the ability to earn a full time income online.
Market Research (32 minute video)
Kim explains the techniques used to find a hot, hungry market and goes through some of the resouces she uses to tap into these markets.
Market Research (2) - (31 minute video)
A continuation of the inital Market Research video, Kim continues her walkthrough of all the resources she uses to tap into hot markets online.
Market Research (3) - (32 minute video)
This video goes through a list of product focused keyword phrases and where you can find them, demonstrating exactly how to use the sites where you would find these hot selling, low competition products.
Market Research (4) - (15 minute video)
The final of the four part market research video series, Kim delves further into the extensive list of resources she uses to generate Instant PayDays. She explains the secret to a highly profitable online market is to look for people who are going through a transition. There are lots of very profitable markets all centered around major life changes and events.
Competitive Intelligence (30 minute video)
All about reverse engineering your competitors to find out exactly what they’re doing online. Covers a range of online tools you can use to find out which keywords your competitors are bidding on, the number of websites their using, the ads that are converting and which keywords are ranking in Google.
2. Squeeze Page
The second step to the Instant PayDay Formula and the one that Kim Roach believes is the most important. If you’re not building a list, you’re just wasting traffic.
Squeeze Page (32 minute video)
Kim goes breaks down the components of a squeeze page and goes through a number of high converting squeeze pages. She then walks you through the exact process to setting up your own autoresponder using Aweber, including how to insert the HTML code from your Aweber account into your squeeze page. Once you watch this video and the next you’ll be ready to create your very own fully functional squeeze page that’s ready to collect visitor information as soon as your site gets traffic.
Squeeze Page (2) - (12 minute video)
Continues to walk you through the process of creating your squeeze page, including a free HTML editor you can use and which FTP software allows you to easily upload the squeeze page to your website.
Opt-in Box (5 minute video)
This video instructs you how to include an opt in box web form on your Wordpress Blog. Provided you have an Aweber autorseponder platform or something similar. It’s a short video as it really doesn’t take that long to explain and Kim shoes you how to insert the code from Aweber into the Widgets section of your Wordpress Blog. It’s a relatively simple process, but the real meat comes in the next video, “Exit Pop.”
Exit pop (8 minute video)
Explains the process behind attaching a pop up opt in box to your Wordpress Blog. This is a fantastic way to collect the name and email address of visitors to your blog without directing the visitor away from your page after they opt in. You also have a range of options available with your pop up. You can choose to use the pop up purely upon the visitor exiting your page otherwise you have the option of including a delay for your pop up. For example, you might select the pop up to appear 10, 20 or 30 seconds after the visitor opens your page. You can also select which pages on your blog you would like the pop to appear and the ones for it not to appear.
My opinion of exit pop ups wasn’t very high before I saw this video, but I must say, the way Kim presents the video and demonstrates how the pop up appears on your blog has given me a different view of using a pop up as a way of collecting a visitors name and email address.
Surveys (5 minute video)
Survey’s allow you to gather valuable information from your subscribers. They allow you to find out exactly what your customer is after. This can save you copious amounts of time and ensure you don’t waste time creating a product no one is looking for. By getting your subscribers to fill in a simple survey you can gather invaluable information and be well on your way to completing your next online product. In this 5 minute video, Kim goes through the whole process to creating an online survey and how to direct your subscribers to it.
Summary (2 minute video)
This video sums up what was involved in the Squeeze Page section of videos. Just a quick summary of everything Kim went through.
3. Traffic
The next section of the Instant PayDay Formula videos cover traffic generation. This is the very lifeblood of your online business. Even if you had every aspect of your business running perfectly, without traffic, your doomed to fail.
10x Method (14 minute video)
This is a method of content distribution that Kim Roach uses to drive laser targeted traffic to her website. She begins with one simple task and then amplifies her efforts by turning this one piece of content into 10 different types of content that she can distribute to masses of content distribution websites. By using leverage to obtain the most from every piece of content she creates, traffic generation is no longer a problem.
